Fifty-two years and going strong! Klement's has come a long way from a modest store front to a 250,000 square foot plant incorporating the most modern equipment and processing techniques. One thing has never changed, and that is our total commitment to quality; it is part of an on-going process to our customers. It's as true today as it was fifty years ago. For those who are not familiar with our company, we started making our fine sausage in our own kitchens on Milwaukee's south side over four decades ago. We've been serving friends and neighbors the great taste of Klement's Sausage ever since. Using recipes that date back to the 19th century, combined with lean cuts of pork and beef and hand selected imported spices, we have built a tradition of fine sausage making. Today, second and third generation members of the Klement family guide the company with that same commitment to quality. Good food is a matter of pride.
