Founded in 1956 by three brothers, John, George and Ron Klement,
the Klement Sausage Company continues to be run under the
family name. Consisting of two separate plants located in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, we are a leader in Old World Sausage
products, enjoying a great reputation throughout the nation,
and employing over 500 people. With the expansion of our Chase
Avenue plant in 2004, our two plants occupy over 250,000 square
feet of space, where we make products that are distributed
in all fifty states.

Klement's takes great pride in the products we make and are
totally committed to continue to offer only the finest product
possible in the future. We have a USDA Certified lab on site
and are monitored by USDA HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical
Control Points) at every stage of our process. Our Wisconsin
location insures the best sources of fresh beef and pork,
the basic ingredients for our quality products. The products
are superior as we are selective about our ingredients, their
manufacturing, and their handling. Our commitment to quality
has provided the basis for the Company's past growth, and
will play an important part in the Company's future growth.
Three separate sausage kitchens produce three distinctly
different kinds of products: a Fresh Sausage Kitchen, a Cooked
and Smoked Sausage Kitchen and a Summer Sausage Kitchen.
In addition to retail, restaurant, institution, catalog and
Internet sales, Klement's has become synonymous with many
sports venues and sponsorships. Included in those sponsorships
are the Milwaukee
Bucks (Bradley Center), Milwaukee
Brewers (Miller Park), as well as the Minnesota
Twins. Klement's also proudly recognizes the sponsorship
of the infamous Klement's Racing
Sausages featured at Miller Park during Milwaukee Brewers
home games.
