Bacon Wrapped Cocktail Smokies

  • Preheat the oven to 375°.
  • Wrap each cocktail smokie with a 1/3 slice of bacon.
  • Place each bacon wrapped smokie in a large baking dish
  • Melt butter and combine with 1 cup of brown sugar. Mix well and pour over the bacon wrapped smokies.
  • Take the other ½ cup of brown sugar and sprinkle all over smokies.
  • Place dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Turn the oven up to 400° and cook for an extra 5 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and sugar is bubbly.
  • Place in slow cooker on low to serve.
