Bill's Grill Sausage Kabobs

Ingredients
  • 2 (14oz) Packages of Klement’s Pre-Cooked Sausages (any variety)
  • 1 green pepper, ribs and seeds removed
  • 1 red pepper, ribs and seeds removed
  • 1 yellow pepper, ribs and seeds removed
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 package of whole mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
Steps
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  • Cut sausage, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, zucchini and mushrooms into 1-inch pieces and assemble on skewers.
  • Brush sausage kabobs with olive oil and cook on grill until vegetables are tender and sausage is warm throughout (about 10 minutes).
