Sausage and Pepper Chip Dip
- 1 package 14oz Chorizo
- 5 medium peppers; combination of red, yellow and orange
- 1 can tomatoes with green chiles
- 1- 16oz. container of sour cream
- 1- 8oz. package of cream cheese
- Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- When completely browned, drain fat and place sausage in a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker.
- Wash peppers and dice them.
- Place them in slow cooker with browned sauasge.
- Add tomatoes, sour cream, and cream cheese to the slow cooker. Stir until combined.
- Cover and let cook on high for about 45 minutes to an hour or until peppers are soft and dip is warmed through.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
