Brat & Tater Tot Casserole

  • Cook brats into a large skillet; add onion. Cook over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink, drain skillet. Cut brats into coin-cut pieces.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup, undiluted.
  • Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with tater tots and sour cream.
  • Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until heated throughout (about 35-40 minutes) and cheese is melted.
