Green Pepper and Breakfast Sausage Quiche

  • Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  • Pan fry breakfast sausage over medium heat until brown and cooked throughout.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese with the eggs, one at a time.
  • Combine in the half-and-half, salt, and pepper. Then add the rest of the ingredients: breakfast sausage, green peppers, eggs, half-and-half, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour mixture on top of pie crust and place pie crust pan on top of a cookie sheet. Bake quiche in the oven until egg mixture is set (about 1 hour ).
