Overnight Sausage, Cheese and Egg Casserole

  • Cut Sausage into 1/2 inch coin cuts
  • Slice Italian bread into 1 inch slices and cut off the crust
  • Grease 9x13 baking dish and arrange bread to completely cover the bottom
  • Spread sausage evenly over the bread
  • Sprinkle cheeses evenly over bread and sausage
  • In a seperate bowl, beat eggs and milk together
  • Pour egg and milk mixture evenly over all ingredients
  • Let set covered in fridge overnight
  • When ready to serve, preheat oven to 350 degrees and remove cover
  • Bake for about 40 minutes or until poked knife in center comes out clean
