Lasagna with Italian Sausage

  • 1 package Pre Cooked Italian Sauasge
  • 16 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 3 tbsp. grated parmesan
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken in half crosswise
  • A dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 cup pasta sauce of your liking
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and 1/2 tbsp. of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse noodles.
  • Cook the italian sauasge in a skillet until browned on all sides.
  • Place noodles in pan with small spoonfuls of cheese mix and italian sausage and pasta sause. Repeat layering twice, then top with remaining noodles and mozzarella cheese. 
  • Warm in oven at 350 degrees for 30 min and enjoy!
