Polish Sausage Reuben Sandwich

  • Preheat a large skillet or griddle on medium heat.
  • Place butterflied Klement's Founder's Select Polish Sausage in skillet. Remove once browned.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet. Once melted put rye bread in skillet with Thousand Island dresssing on slices.
  • Place desired sauerkraut on top of the bread and Thousand Island dressing.
  • Place butterflied Klement's Founder's Select Polish Sausage on top of the sauerkraut. 
  • Place 1 slice of swiss cheese of top of the sausage.
  • Lastly, place another slice of rye bread, buttered with remaining butter on the outside of the sandwiches.
  • Flip sandwhich until both sides are browned.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
