Polish Sausage Reuben Sandwich

  • 1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle on medium heat.
  • 2. Place butterflied Klement's Founder's Select Polish Sausage in skillet. Remove once browned on both sides. 
  • 3. Place 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet. Once melted put rye bread in skillet with Thousand Island dresssing on slices.
  • 4. Place desired sauerkraut on top of the bread and Thousand Island dressing.
  • 5. Place butterflied Klement's Founder's Select Polish Sausage on top of the sauerkraut. 
  • 6. Place 1 slice of swiss cheese of top of the sausage.
  • 7. Lastly, place another slice of rye bread, spread with remaining butter on the outside of the sandwiches.
  • 8. Flip sandwhich until both sides are browned.
  • 9. Serve warm and enjoy!
