Red and White Bean Smoked Brat Chili

  • 1 (14oz) package of Klement's Founder's Select Smoked Bratwurst
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (16oz.) can kidney beans
  • 2 (15.8oz.) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (4.5oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • minced garlic and olive oil
  • Brown the sausage in 4- quart saucepan over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Add broth.
  • Saute onion, green pepper, minced garlic and olive oil in pan and add to sausage and broth.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
