Sausage and Pepper Linguine

  • Cook pasta in a large pot with salted water.
  • Prepare the coin cut sausage in a skillet until lightly browned. Add in peppers, onions and garlic. Saute until vegtables are tender. 
  • Add mozzarella cheese and wine. Stir until cheese is melted down.
  • Simmer until wine is reduced.
  • Drain pasta and add to skillet. Enjoy!
