Smoked Sausage & Quinoa
- 1 (8.8 oz) package quinoa
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 (14 oz) package of Klement's Founder's Select Smoked Bratwurst
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 5 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 6 oz fresh spinach
- 1 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Cook quinoa according to directions.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat.
- Add beef smoked sausage and crushed red pepper; cook until sausage is warm throughout.
- Add garlic; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Add spinach; cook 30 seconds or until spinach begins to wilt, tossing constantly.
- Stir in quinoa; cook 1 minute or until heated.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
