Grilled Flatbread Pizza

  • 1. Prepare the grill for medium direct grilling.
  • 2. Brush olive oil on both sides of flatbread.
  • 3. Grill over direct heat for about 2 minutes per side until crispy. Remove from grill.
  • 4. In layers, add garlic, 1/2 of the cheese, sausage, onion, sliced tomatoes, basil, and the second 1/2 of the cheese.
  • 5. Prepare grill for indirect grilling and grill until cheese is melted.
  • 6. Serve and enjoy!
