Cocktail Smokie and Cheese Stuffed Jalapeños

  • 1 package Cocktail Smokies
  • 10 JalapeƱo peppers
  • 1 8oz. package Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 10 slices Bacon, raw, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion, diced
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Slice jalapeños lengthwise. Remove seeds and ribs. Use plastic gloves if desired.
  • Place the jalapeño halves on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and green onion.
  • Fill the jalapeño halves with the cream cheese mixture. 
  • Place one cocktail smokie on each of the cheese-filled jalapeños. 
  • Wrap each stuffed jalapeño tightly with a piece of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick if needed. 
  • Place cut side up on foil-lined tray and backe until the bacon is browned and crispy, about 25-30 minutes. 
  • Serve warm. Enjoy!
