Sausage & Cheese Dip


  • 1. Cook sausage in a large skillet until no longer pink, and drain well.
  • 2. Drain diced tomatoes and green chilies, save 1/4 cup of liquid from can.
  • 3. Stir together sausage, drained diced tomato and green chilies, liquid saved from can, and cream cheese until blended thoroughly.
  • 4. Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish and cover with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with corn chips.
