Sausage Kabobs

  • 1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  • 2. Cut sausage, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, zucchini and mushrooms into 1-inch pieces and assemble on skewers.
  • 3. Brush sausage kabobs with olive oil and cook on grill until vegetables are tender and sausage is warm throughout (about 10 minutes).
