Savory Pasta Salad

  • 14 oz Klement’s Pre-Cooked Cheddar Brats
  • 8 oz uncooked medium shell pasta
  • 6 oz pepperoni sausage, diced
  • 6 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
  • ¾ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ¾ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 6 oz pitted black olives
  • ¾ cup Italian dressing
  • 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add medium shell pasta, and cook for 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain, and rinse with cold water.
  • 2. Cut Klement’s Cheddar Brats into ½ inch pieces. Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • 3. In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta, Klement’s Cheddar Brats, cheddar cheese, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and black olives.
  • 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat. Dressing may vary based on desired taste.
  • 5. Cover and chill in refrigerator.
