Slow Cooker Bourbon Cocktail Smokies

  • 1. Heat 12 inch skillet over medium heat; add cocktail smokies.
  • 2. Cook about 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Drain on paper towl.
  • 3. Spray 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix chili sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, onion and tomato.
  • 4. Add the cocktail smokies; stir to coat.
  • 5. Cover; cook on low heat setting 3 hours or until sauce is slightly thickened.
  • 6. Serve sausage with toothpicks.
