Beer Cheese and Bratwurst Pasta

  • 1. Cook pasta according to package and drain. Set aside. 
  • 2. In a medium skillet, brown sausage and remove from heat. Coin slice sausage and set aside. 
  • 3. In a large sauce pan, pour cup of beer over medium heat and allow to simmer for 2 minutes until it begins to boil. Add in your flour and shredded cheese to combine the mixture into a creamy sauce. 
  • 4. Combine garlic powder and ground mustard with cheese sauce and remove saucepan from heat immediately. 
  • 5. Add the sausage and pasta to the cheesy mixture and serve warm. Enjoy!
