One Pan Bratwurst and Veggie Skillet

  • 1 14oz. package Klement's Founder's Select Italian Sausage, coin cut
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 red potatoes, sliced into small pieces
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped with stems removed
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 sweet potato, skinned and chopped into small pieces
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. each of dried basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • 2. Attach aluminum foil to a large sheet pan and add italian sausage and vegetables, prepared as listed.
  • 3. In a small bowl, combine dried basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Add salt and pepper as desired.
  • 4. Coat the sausage and vegetables evenly.
  • 5. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove tray and flip the vegetables and sausage. Place back in the oven to cook for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to sit for 2 minutes.
  • 6. Top your italian sausage and vegetables with additional parsley and parmesan if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
