Garlic Summer Sausage Sliders

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  • 2. Whisk together honey, mustard and red wine vinegar until blended.
  • 3. Place the bun bottoms in a 9x9 baking dish. 
  • 4. Spread some of the mustard mixture onto the bun bottoms. 
  • 5. Top with two slices of Klement's Garlic Summer Sausage, 1 slice of cheese, and the top of the pretzel bun. 
  • 6. Brush each bun with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  • 7. Bake for 20 minutes and serve warm. Enjoy!
