One Pan Polish Sausage Gnocchi

  • 1. In a large skillet at medium heat, cook the sausage until slightly browned. Add onion and garlic. Cook until translucent.
  • 2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy whipping cream and gnocchi. Once sauce starts to boil slightly, cover the pan and reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove lid and cook for 2 minutes, uncovered.
  • 3. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan, basil, and salt and pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
