Overnight Sausage, Cheese and Egg Casserole

  • 1. Cut Sausage into 1/2 inch coin cuts.
  • 2. Slice Italian bread into 1 inch slices and cut off the crust.
  • 3. Grease 9x13 baking dish and arrange bread to completely cover the bottom.
  • 4. Spread sausage evenly over the bread.
  • 5. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over bread and sausage.
  • 6. In a seperate bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
  • 7. Pour egg and milk mixture evenly over all ingredients.
  • 8. Let contents sit covered in fridge overnight.
  • 9. When ready to serve, preheat oven to 350 degrees and remove cover.
  • 10. Bake for about 40 minutes or until utensil comes out clean from poking the center.
