Beer Cheese Dip with Snack Stick Dippers

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 
  • 2. Combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, 1/2 of the chopped green onions, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese in an oven-safe pan or cast iron skillet. Mix well. Turn heat to low and stir frequently until mixture begins to melt. 
  • 3. Slowly pour beer into pan and stir well until all ingredients are mixed. Top with remaining cheese and green onions. 
  • 4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown on top. 
  • 5. Serve warm with your favorite dipping options. 


While we prefer Klement's Snack Sticks, you may also use pretzels, corn chips, bread, or pita chips.
