Jalapeño Sausage and Rice Skillet

  • 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in skillet.
  • 2. Add Jalapeno sausage and cook over medium heat until browned. Remove from heat.
  • 3. In another skillet, stir in onions and green pepper. Season with salt and pepper; add garlic and cook until tender.
  • 4. Pour in vegtable broth and bring to boil.
  • 5. Stir in rice and previously prepared sausage.
  • 6. Turn down the heat to medium. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes.
  • 7. Remove from heat and stir.
  • 8. Enjoy!
