Sausage and Pepper Linguine

  • 1. Cook pasta in a large pot with salted water.
  • 2. Prepare the coin cut sausage in a skillet until lightly browned. Add in peppers, onions and garlic. Saute until vegetables are tender. 
  • 3. Add mozzarella cheese and wine. Stir until cheese is melted down.
  • 4. Simmer until wine is reduced.
  • 5. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Enjoy!
